Terms of Use
The Sewnagain Web site (the "Site"). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the Site. Sewnagain may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this Web page. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your use of the Site.

Products
All products made with pre used materials where possible. The fillings are woollen items, rice, dried peas; sand or filling from pre loved cushions and toys. Due to the materials being used, Sewnagain cannot guarantee that the material have a flame resistant quality.

Our washing and care instructions are sent with each individual item, however, we strongly advise that surface sponging be used to prevent any damage to the items except from the Aprons. Aprons to be laundered on a 30-degree machine wash.

Returns
Whilst we hope that you will be satisfied with your products, we do provide a returns service. Should your product be faulty or arrive in a damaged condition, we will refund the full purchase amount paid less outward postage cost £4.50 per item. (Postage not refundable) Example of return – product cost £15.00 your return it to us, we will refund to your PayPal account £15.00 less £4.50 = £10.50.

If your product is not as you had hoped for we will accept the item returned within 7 days in an un-used state and a voucher for the full product price will be issued.

Postage
All products will be wrapped in tissue paper then sealed in a box or mail bag.
Standard parcel service is used with a proof of postage obtained. Delivery is between 3—7 working days
Our postage costs are included in the product price.
Please email us prior to check out should you require 10 items or above for a special postage rate.

Orders
All orders dispatched as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
